:: Call for Papers

All papers will be reviewed blindly. To facilitate this process you are required to submit an abstract preferably in electronic form (using Word or Latex) no later than Friday, 24th February, 2006. Please comply with the abstract outline below. In the competitive category, a full-length paper will also have to be submitted by 28th April, 2006. All papers will be posted on the web site after the conference.
