VISITING LECTURESHIP FOR IDEP’S MA PROGRAMME IN ECONOMIC POLICY AND MANAGEMENT

The African Institute for Economic Development and Planning would like to invite visiting lecturers to deliver courses in the following areas: |

First Semester (November to March) Microeconomic Theory and Policy Macroeconomic Theory and Policy Analysis Econometric Methods and Applications Macro and Multi-Sectoral Modelling Population and Development |
Second Semester (April to August) Public Finance, Expenditure Policy and Management InternationalTrade and Finance Debt Management Regional Integration Issues in Trade and WTO Negotiations Regional Development and Planning National Planning Experience Strategic Planning and Long Term Perspective Studies Financial Programming and Policies |

The duration for each course is one to two weeks and lectures are delivered in English or French. Participants (about 20), are professionals with some work experience.
Qualified visiting lecturers will have strong academic background, good expertise in graduate teaching, and a relevant practical experience.
IDEP will provide roundtrip air ticket for international travel, in addition to DSA at UN rate for Dakar, and honorarium commensurate with qualification.
